"Excellent customer service. More than happy to help you with anything. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. Truly A-1. Dismal offering and needs to expand the variety of food Westerners and Asians are accustomed to have. "

Also, they had a great outside bar with good food, and with a view of Manila bay where we watched the sunset. The area around, Oceanfront Park. was still...

"I expected less for the price. It was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a great variety of item’s. All kinds of coffee. Only negative is pool closed at 5 pm. That is so inconvenient. During the day we have activities and come back to the hotel and pool is closed. This makes no sense at all. You are not thinking of your customers."
