My stay in this hotel was amazing. I arrived early and was greeted by the property owner. She was very accommodating and lovely. I felt like i was greeted by my sibling from a long trip. I was taken to my room and was very happy of it. After a long flight, all you need is a comfortable room. Bonus i have a balcony where i enjoyed my coffee and looking at the fabulous city view at night. The property is very close and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants of your own choice from Japanese, Korean and the local Filipino dishes. I suppose to stay for 2 nights and decided to extend more nights. Highly recommended and was one of the highlights of my trip. Having a room away from home

The view of Manila Bay is breathtaking. I like my room and my friends who visited liked it too. It is conveniently located to all the Bars, shopping and restaurants. The building has the lap pool that I used everyday. It also has a gym. Price was attractive. The money I saved meant I had more money for entertainment. Mrs Lee was responsive to my needs.

베이뷰는 굿

베란다에서 보이는 탁 트인 베이뷰에 재떨이까지 있어 금상첨화였습니다. 에어컨세기는 생각보다 약했으나 선풍기가 있어 괜찮았고 게스트 킷으로 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 비누 제공해주고 타올도 큰 걸로 두 장 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 단점으로는 바퀴벌레가 너무 많아서 잡다 지쳤습니다... 그리고 엘리베이터도 한 번 놓치면 꽤 오랜시간 기다렸어야되서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 바퀴벌레만 없었으면 완벽한 숙소였을텐데 너무 아쉽네요

オーナーと思われる女性が窓口でフロント等はない マンションの受付で聞くもわからず、チェックインに時間がかかった。アメニティはほとんどなく部屋のコンディションもあまりよくない。備品に劣化が見られる。部屋にも劣化が見られる

Very friendly check in process. The rooms air con we stayed in was broken. They did offer a room with air con but wasn't as good so we decided to keep our room which they gave to us at a discount. The room/bathroom needs a bit of a clean up but has a great view. The pool and the staff were the highlight. Also lots of security around the entrance so felt safe

Breathtaking view of Manila Bay, room was okay

I stayed on the 27th floor. When deciding to stay here, remember this is a filipino CONDOTEL. The person that shows you the room is the point of contact for any problems, so be diligent on examining the room before you let them go. You probably will not see them again. Also, had to wait 30 mins for check in/out. This is a multi-purpose building. There is a call center, mall, recreation area, apartment complex, all in this 35 story building. the 5ftx5ft elevator WILL be full during work hours. One time there were 22 people in the elevator. Problem expands as one of the three were out of order. The room was clean enough, there were still many missed spots of mystery liquid. The bed was fine, the last guest took the tv off the wall and moved it to the bedroom. It was a good move imo. The cable tv was reduced to 5 local channels because cable subscription lapsed. No daily maid service, the AC was nice and cool though. I would reccomend this for someone who isn't going to stay in the room much. Its for one who is for sightseeing crowd as theres 100s of bars, ktv's, and clubs between here and the SuperMall. The balcony and view is the highlight of this stay. It overlooks Manila Bay and its breathtaking. The view alone is worth staying here at least night and see the famous Manila Bay sunset. Lots of good places to go, but do your homework before deciding on going to a random bar, spa, or ktv.

Suddenly they changed the room from the one I was told when reservation, so my partner and daughter had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours until they finished cleaning of a room although I told them my partner and daughter would check in earlier than me and they had accepted. Before we leave, cable tv became not effective and stopped all. There was no kitchen utensil at all also no sofa bed for my daughter although I had requested them from the beginning. I needed to request them again. All the requests I had made was not done in advance.
