The place was not as I expected it to be. The room Was very small, smelly and the restroom was below standard. I ended up not staying there and instead moved to Sheraton Manila Bay hotel. I forfeited what I paid for in this condo since it’s non refundable.

The worst experienced in my life. We travelled 18 hours flight and looking forward to take a rest after a long flight but when we got to our hotel they can’t find our booking and it was cancelled but they took the payment. They took awhile to refund my money. They double booked us! I will never recommend this hotel. Front desk people are helpful but the owner of the unit really sucks!

Review: Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Info and Poor Cleanliness I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The listing provided inaccurate information about the unit, which was a major letdown upon arrival. What was advertised did not reflect the reality — from amenities to the overall condition of the accommodation. To make matters worse, the unit was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done prior to my check-in, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic ( stained bed, ripped bedsheet, stained sofa, leaking toilet, dirty trash basket, dirty stove, windows are dusty) I contacted the host/property management immediately to report the issues, but despite the valid concerns, they refused to issue any refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the situation made things even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. I strongly advise future guests to verify all details and reviews thoroughly before booking, as my experience was far from what was promised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY SO YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE SAME EXPERINCE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, advertised as an executive condo, it is the size of a shoe box furnished with cheap furniture "luxury bed Sheets" total lies not even a cake of soap. arrived late at night and just checked out the next morning for went the next night, disgusting, expedia hang your head in shame. never again
