The hotel had friendly staff who were very accommodating considering I arrived at 1:30 am from not being able to find my previous booking. It included a great breakfast - would highly recommend and the price was very reasonable.

Great staff but room for improvement possible.

The check-in was fast and the staff friendly. However, our room was only cleaned and towels changed once during our 5 days stay. The bed was hard; we only had one toilet roll each for 3 and 2 people respectively. Construction next door was noisy day and night. Our previous stay was more relaxing.

No roaches or problems

I recommend this hotel to to potential travellers in regards to cleanliness and customer service of the staff were very good. The hotel was clean and also has an elevator and the plated breakfast was also hot and fresh. There were no roaches to be seen, and I assume this property overall does not have a pest problem. Hotel is conveniently located in Malate which is well within walking distance to many many stores and part of a larger neighbourhood of diverse options for nightlife, restaurants, and also close to Robinsons huge mall within walking distance. US Embassy is also within walking distance, and plenty of trike taxis are outside.

Staff was friendly and check in was quick. However, the bed was hard, old mattress. Room service done once during our five day stay. Noisy due to day and night construction next door. It was better the last time we stayed here.

Before you book this hotel, consider this warning: you may end up regretting your stay. Upon check-out, they will thoroughly inspect the room. My daughter accidentally spilled a small amount of her medicine, and they charged us for the minor stain left on the bed. The room itself is small, the bed is uncomfortable, the TV in our room was not working, and there was no shower curtain. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow. The breakfast offered only consisted of one egg, one hot dog, and one slice of bread. The caramel macchiato served in their café did not taste good either.

The staff were extremely helpful, room had all that you needed, maybe a fridge would have been good. Way better than the Manila Hotel which unfortunately is a shadow of the hotel I stayed at a few years ago. I would recommend The Windy Ridge to anybody staying on a budget

ベッドのマットレスが柔らか過ぎ

家族3人(1歳の娘)で宿泊しました。 チェックイン時に10分以上時間がかかりました。 3階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターで上がった際に廊下の電気が着いていなく真っ暗でした。 部屋は然程広くありませんが、ダブルベッド、ベッドサイドテーブル、デスク、洋服棚が備わってます。 ベッドですがマットがとても柔らかく、私と女房は熟睡出来ず、且つ腰が痛くなりました。 洋服棚は大きめで、スーツケースも収納出来たので、スッキリと部屋を使えました。 シャワールームですが、トイレと一帯ですが仕切りのカーテンが無いので水がトイレまで飛び散ります。 お湯は安定していて水圧も問題ありません。アメニティはシャンプーと固形石鹸はありますが、歯ブラシは有料で、ドライヤーはリクエストすれば部屋に持ってきていただけます。 朝食ですが、コーヒー紅茶はセルフです。食事は１プレートで目玉焼き、ソーセージ、トースト2枚です。パンは注文してからトーストして出て来ましたが、目玉焼きとソーセージは既に冷めていました。因みに私達は9時に朝食をとりましたが、作り置きですね。 税込み5000円でしたが、この価格であれば朝食付きの別のホテルをお勧めします。 辛口感想となってしまいましたが、ホテル側にはもう少し頑張っていただきたいですね。

Nice hotel & friendly staff

The hotel is nice & clean an easy access to the Metro Manila area but the best comment I can provide is the friendly staff they would go out there way to give service to a guest A+++++
