The room was excellent, temp control worked great, great shower. The pool water was overly warm however, and the advertised free breakfast was almost non-existent - no coffee either!!! We were told the food supplier did not show up that day. Luckily there was a drive-thru coffee shop a few blocks away.

You get what you pay for...or should anyway. 1. Reservation was messed up. Should have had a 2 day reservation. They only showed one. Staff made the reservation and kept us in the same room but neglected to reprogram our keys and the next night we were locked out.. 2. Breakfast the next morning had no orange juice.... no milk ....no eggs and.....no coffee. Hmmm....tough breakfast. 3. On our check out day I asked for a 1 hour extension to leave.....after all of the above the offer was any overtime was an extra I felt was too high. Hmmmm....after all the issues above you'd think maybe an hour extension wasn't an out of line request. But their rules rule. 4. Room was cleanish but maintenace was more than a little overdue or poorly accomplished. 5. On the second nite there was a group of guests who showed up about 2:30am and were loud enough (sounded like they had a real good time that evening), long enough (probably 10 minutes un the hallway) to wake us up. In part this was due to what I would consider thin walls in addition to the unfortunate behavior of the guests. Unlikely I would choose to use this property again.

I did not care for the musty smell in the room which lingered on everything we brought into the room with us. We were told we were being changed to a room on main floor when we called to inquire and that didn't happen. Since there is no elevator it made our stay more difficult

Had a great experience - a specious clean room with a great river view, basic breakfast with waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. an indoor pool with whirlpool/sauna. Wifi connection is spotty and slow. Indoor pool temperature should be warmer.
