In general was a good hotel to stay for one night , the staff all were very nice and accommodating with the exception of the person at the reception the 1st night who did not handle a terrible situation with another guest the way she should . But besides this it’s a nice/ clean hotel

I am going to start with the positive side, excellent staff service always willing to help and friendly, Now the negative, if you are planing to SLEEP and REST this is not a hotel of choice, we were in the room by the inner patio, very LOUD you can hear everything and everybody from other rooms and the loony and kitchen, noise from all different corners. Also if you are looking to privacy stay away because there is very little, this is more likely a hostel where you share your stay among unknown people without making new friends.

Great hotel in Manizales

The hotel was grratly located near the business area of the town. Clean and comfortable. The staff was just superb, very welcoming, warm, and genuinely nice. The food at the restaurant was also outstanding with the two amazing ladies putting in the time and effort in each dish for a very tasty meal.

La atención es sensacional. Todo el personal esta dispuesto a colaborar con cualquier necesidad. La casa esta totalmente reacondicionada y tiene acabados muy modernos. Los desayunos son deliciosos y en porciones grandes. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y volveremos todas las veces que vayamos a Manizales. La relación costo/beneficio es bastante adecuada.
