Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Mannheim verbracht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr – die Tram-Haltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Hotelparkplatz ist großzügig angelegt, was die Anreise mit dem Auto sehr angenehm macht. Leider gab es in puncto Sauberkeit einige gravierende Mängel. Im Zimmer und besonders im Schrank fanden sich stark verstaubte Ablagen, deren Zustand darauf schließen lässt, dass sie nicht nur einmal vergessen wurden, zu reinigen. Der Staub war so stark, dass er weiße Rückstände auf der Kleidung hinterließ. Im Badezimmer lag zudem noch das Duschgel eines vorherigen Gastes, und auch im Schrank fanden wir eine zurückgelassene Tüte. Der Abfluss der Dusche war ebenfalls in einem eher unhygienischen Zustand. Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt – es gab hauptsächlich Aufbackbrötchen und Aufschnitt, leider ausschließlich Schweinefleisch. Das angebotene Gemüse wirkte wenig frisch und sah aus, als sei es vom Vortag übriggeblieben. Ein weiterer Punkt, den man wissen sollte: Zwar gibt es einen Aufzug, dieser fährt jedoch nachts nicht. Für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist das ein klarer Nachteil, denn man muss nachts zwangsläufig die Treppe benutzen. Fazit: Für eine kurze Übernachtung mag das Hotel durch seine Lage und den Parkplatz praktisch sein, wer jedoch Wert auf Sauberkeit, Komfort und ein gutes Frühstück legt, sollte sich vielleicht anderweitig umsehen

Absolute Notlösung

Erst wurde ich nicht gleich im Computer gefunden. Das Zimmer war so lala. Hatte leider auch die Seite zur Straßenbahn. Ausstattung eher alt. Im Bad fehlten zwei Fliesen an der Wand. Beim Frühstück war der Saft schlecht. Alles so günstig wie möglich. Also für eine Nacht machbar, da wenigstens sauber, aber auf keinen Fall länger.

Ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen was durchaus nicht schlimm ist , aber die Putzfrau anscheinend auch. Sowas schreckliches habe ich zuvor noch nicht erlebt. Alles schön und Recht aber Sauberkeit kostet nichts. Wollte mir nicht mehr die Mühe machen noch mehr zu fotografieren aber ich denke dieses eine Bild sagt alles..... Nie wieder!!!

Gerne wieder - praktisch für Radler am Neckar

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, Aufzug, ruhiges geräumiges Zimmer, Teekocher im Zimmer, kostenloses Unterstellen meines E-Bike! Es hat alles prima geklappt! Frühstück hab ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, kann ich deshalb nicht beurteilen

Ich hatte 6 Tagen morgens kein warmes wasser zum Duschen.. Erst gegen 7 Uhr... Parkplatz vorhanden aber für die Masse an Gästen zu klein. Es war sauber sehr altes rustikales möbiliar sowie ambiente. Keine Klimaanlage, konnte nachts kein fenster öffnen weil in unmittelbarer nähe vom Hotel täglich gekifft wurde. Für den kleinen preis okay bis auf das kalte wasser
