"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. "I have traveled to more than 30 countries and five continents. This hotel will always be in my memories. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for her birthday during our trip. Although, the hotel did not have a package available. They offered to help create something for me. It was absolutely beautiful!! My fiancé walked in the room and wasn’t long before the tears of joy started. This is what I call extraordinary customer service! They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I wish I known the name of the female receptionist who checked me into my room and helped with the final touches. I would like to say a special, Thank you! ❤️"
