The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. Trip to Honolulu, HI. We had already paid in advance for our entire stay. But, out of the blue my card on file was charged again for a week stay. No one contacted me. We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...
