"The room was very clean and comfortable, 9th floor with a great view towards the sunrise. The lounge was very cozy. Breakfast was great."

"Room & entire premises extremely cold. Central radiators were off. She turned on the AC in the room and set it to cool to 73ºF, but the room was in the 50's. I figured out how to reset it and left for dinner. We returned to no electricity. We had to negotiate a candle. Room was extremely small, only 2 ft on each side of a double bed, which was lumpy. No place for suitcases. She suggested we open them in the car and take in what we needed. Bathroom was clean, but small with no room to put anything. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special."
