Property itself is immaculate, our apartment was spotless, well positioned and the staff were exceptional from start to finish. "Perfect! I stay in a lot of hotels and I can't remember the last time I had better value for money. The room was a reasonable size with a large shower and all the facilities one usually expects including a fridge and a hairdryer. It is 2 miles from Alicante airport so the ideal location if you have an early morning flight or arrive very late and don't want to drive the same evening. Torrelano itself has several excellent restaurants and plenty of bars. We will be staying again! "

"Very friendly staff. Parking on site convenient. Quiet area of Santa Pola. Easy walk to town, beaches, shops and restaurants. Large room, large bathroom and large west facing balcony. Very clean. "

"The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing"
