Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge.

Mi reserva no fue respetada y cuando llegamos a la instalaciónes la villa ya habia sido ocupada y el personal no pudo darme solucion. Estuve marcando al numero que aparecia en la resevacion y NUNCA nadie me contesto. Nos dejaron sin lugar para quedarno, tuvimos que pagar otro lugar, siendo que y habia pagado por adelantado la habitacion. ES UNA ESTAFA COMPLETAMENTE

Everything was very good except the advertisement of the private beach, it is not true. It is a very dirty small beach thta is not property of the condominiums its public. You need to leave totaly the property and walk a long strech in very dangerous and dirty little streets. It is a public beach where you can not swim safely. Also they do not let you know there is lots of steps to the condo. And older person like us had problems walking so many steps and distances. They must change their advertisement and be honest about the beach. But what made up the difference was the beautiful swiming pools and safe condos. If you dont care about the beach this is a good place to stay. We took taxis to othere beaches.

Fraude. El día de mi llegada , sábado, nunca respondió el teléfono. Hoy martes si lo responde y dice que el no responde llamadas ni sábado ni domingo. Total ladrón. Se niega a hacer reembolso. Y Expedia se lava las manos.

Inconforme y falta de comunicacion en recepción.

Me tomó de sorpresa que al check out me cobrarán $250 por concepto de limpueza de habitaciones, cosa que en ninguna otra estancia me habia pasado; nos enontramos almohadas y sabanas para el sofacama, sucias y manchadas, en la cocina, habia un alacran dentro de las ollas, por suerte lo vimos y no nos paso nada, en recepcion no te comunican mucho al check in, sobre el cobro adicional de ese supuesto servicio, tampoco comentan que para ingresar al club de playa, tienes que reservar el ingreso, y te das cuenta hasta que vas y te niegan el acceso a esa area , por lo que tienes que regresar a solicitar el ingreso para el dia siguiente, quedando a bastante distancia entre ambos puntos, por ese lado fueron varios disgustos. Por otra partes, las albercas (ubicadas en distintas areas) y espacios exteriores se encuntran muy limpias, como agradable, el club de playa esta muy comodo, ajnque le faltan sombrillas, para las areas de camastros, aun asi la vista es hermosa, cuenta con regadera, la playa a la que se accede es pequeña pero bonita, le falta atención a las escaleras para bajar a donde se está el mar. El personal de los accesos fueron muy amables como atentos. En cuanto a las instalaciones todo funciona mantienen limpio, las albercas tienen el agua a buena temperatura; las villas tiene agua calientes y fria, los aires acondicionados funcionaron bien, la tv con cable y control, pisos y mobiliario limpio. En general confortable y puedes descansar en familia

lo unico que me molesto fue que el cuerto se metieron a limpiar la habitacion hasta las 3:00pm y quedo hasta las 4:20 y nosotros queriamos preparar comida y pues no podiamos,de todo lo demas excelente

villas del palmar esta muy bonito la ubicacion esta excelente caminado puedes ir a la playa de la audiencia, tiene su propio club de playa el cual tienes que reservar el horario ya que por la pandenmia solo permiten poca gente y hay dos horarios mañana y tarde. la limpieza del departamento excelente cuenta con todos los utensilios de cocina que necesites todo funciona. Tiene dos detalles malos el sapito del deposito del baño esta roto y tuve que hacerle una reparacion con un hilo y las sabanas que te dan para el sofa cama estan con pintura blanca pegada asi que van y necesitan el sofa cama les recomiendo llevar sus propias sabanas. tienes vista al campo de golf, al hotel barcelo y al mar.

I loved the private club that you have access to the beach! It was amazing it was beautiful. What I didn’t like was that the villa wasn’t ready for me! They had to get an electrician to get electricity to the villa because nothing worked that took an hour and then there was no tv signal and the a.c didn’t work in the room but it did work only in the living room area

Big, quiet, and clean resort, near a small beach

The photos showed a beach front resort. It is true that it is not far from a VERY small beach but it took us an 8 minute walk to reach it. Once you are there, the infinity pool is beautiful and overlooks the ocean. All 5 pools are well maintained and not very occupied. The biggest issue for us was the location of this resort. We love walking on the beach. In fact we logged in about 200 miles in the 2 weeks we were there. In order to walk miles on a beach we had to walk to the main road, then to the Walmart on one side or to Santiago on the other side. From the Las Brisas beach that you can assess near Walmart, you can walk on the sand for 5 miles non stop and it's almost the same distance to go to La Boguita Beach from Santiago. Both beaches are the longest. Another small beach near the resort is La Audiencia. Instead of turning right at Kiosko you turn left and it's about a 10 minute walk. You can take a 2.5 hour boat tour at 3pm from that beach for 350 pesos. Our condo had a big fridge and a gas stove. All the basic pots and pans are there. The blender was highly appreciated for our daily smoothies. We had a view of the golf course and of the far away ocean but we could not hear the waves which are very important for me. Important info: bus 8 comes near the resort and takes you all the way to the end of Las Brisas. If you get down on the main road, you can take bus #1 in both direction and it takes you all the way to El Centro or past La Boguita.

No dieron el servicio de limpieza en los cuartos, ni siquiera cambio de toallas. Le hace falta mantenimiento en general a la habitación, las persianas se están cayendo, cama y sofá muy incómodos. no funcionaba el control de la T. V. y nunca nos atendieron los reportes.
