"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards."

"Room was clean, the air conditioning was turned on, which was nice so we didn’t enter a hot room. Staff at check-in was courteous. I did not like that there was no staff at the front desk when we wanted to check-out. There was a bowl to place our room keys. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the keys, because someone could take the key and access the room. I left the keys without the sleeve that listed the room number. The breakfast was the standard fare. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked."

"The location is hard to beat. Close to everything. I was visiting in the summer time so being a college town the area was fairly quiet. The hotel was very clean and newly remodeled. My room was also very clean and still felt new inside. Breakfast was just ok. I steered away from the eggs and sausage, it all looked a little watery and everything else was your standard hotel breakfast. There are also restaurants nearby. Overall, I was ver happy with my stay."
