"Our stay was good and the room was quite nice when we finally arrived, however it was impossible to reach the hotel staff beforehand to ask questions. The only contact info available was actually a phone number for customer service at hotels.com – who couldn’t help us at all. Something that is very good to know is that check-in actually is at 11 pm, which generally is quite unusual. For the hotels in this area it seems common though. Many people seem to rent a room for a night, for example...

For travelers who have one suitcase, it is not a problem. For travelers with more than 1 suitcase, it may be difficult to accommodate them and open them. "This "hotel" was not clean. 2 out of the 4 pillow cases were soiled. The bed was firm as sleeping on the floor. Check in time was a firm 10pm. I could not check in at 8pm and had to wait in the lobby 2 additional hours. The window faces a brick walk, minmal fresh air. My room smelled like smoke. I didn't even check if it was a not smoking hotel. There is no deadbolt on the door. The door did n ot seem secure overnight. Front desk only spoke Korean but was willing to use my phone translation app....

The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities.
