"This is a Relais & Chateau, and the staff is as responsive as this expects. Rooms are nice if a bit dated. Pool area is good. Spa has a whirlpool, jacuzzi, and wet & dry saunas available on request but monitored to ensure they’re not too busy. Dining was excellent. I am celiac/gluten-free and staff ensured I was kept safe. "This was a nice hotel near the hot spring. The food at the attached restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Too bad the pool was not open when we were there. Sarafim at the front desk was very helpful."
