Noisey but clean

Upon arrival, Parking was an issue, but this was eventually settled. My room was good. Clean. The fridge wasn't working but they brought a replacement. I turned the TV on only to discover they charge for it's use. I've NEVER been charge for using regular TV. Bathroom only had shower towel. No hand or face towels. The location was convenient. Pool was refreshing. Included breakfast was very simple, and adequate. I didn't appreciate the extremely loud construction sounds in the afternoon. Jack hammer or hammer drilling. I was not able to have a nap. And I was woken at 6:30 am by very loud noise from above. Possibly them setting up for the roof top breakfast service. I left this hotel exhausted...

Stay away from this hotel, it’s dirty, front desk is a mess first they gave us a smoking room, then changed for a different room which we hadn’t booked and finally we were giving another room with just one bath towels, one very worn out face towel, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the fridge in the room doesn’t work either. The pillows are very thin and the view is a dirty gás station. We had booked the room with half board the front desk person had no idea what that was. The dinner was another disaster a very limited menu so we left and went out for a nice meal at a great local restaurant.

Nanutel was an excellent location for our needs, close to amenities, excellent condition. Staff were excellent, especially the lovely teams at breakfast. Only comment was the distinct lack of English language TV channels, but that was a very small drawback.
