The doors had no seals, and nothing was soundproof. You can hear every foot step on the second level. Every toilet flush and every shower. You could hear every street sound due to the gaps in the door. Breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs with sausage every day. Of course, they also had waffles, and cereal. Fruit was lacking, milk was lacking and tea selection was 1 brand and they didn't have enough boiled eggs for every one. There were no bedside outlets to plug your phone. Actually, no accessible outlets except for the one holding the blow dryer. For the price, I expected better accommodations. If this is a representation of Quality Inn, we will not be back."

"The outside of the Casino is nice and well maintained. The inside of the Casino was average. Some areas had musty odor. Even though I saw staff members always clean they can improve the smell. As for the room it was very disappointing. We were offered a view of the mountains and we ended up with the view of the parking garage and there were a few crickets we found in the room. They offered to switch us rooms which again offered a different view and ended up with the view of the top parking garage. Shower head had the worst water pressure. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointed. "

In the area for a wedding at the Ethereal Gardens, just ten minutes away, Pala Mesa Resort was the perfect location. The room was spacious and comfy! The resort supplies the room with Bodyography shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and massage bars. The shampoos and conditioners made my hair lush and soft. We needed to attend the wedding at 3 pm, so required an early check in at noon. They were able to accommodate us at an additional cost, but it made it convenient and gave us the ability to freshen up after our long drive. Thank you to the courteous staff member, Mackey, who helped make it happen! Wish we had more time to enjoy the resort, but I recommend the Pala Mesa Resort if you’re attending a wedding at Ethereal Gardens. "
