Hotel Negresco Playa de Palma - Adults Only

"Clean & inviting hotel. The staff were super friendly & the facilities were great. The pool was very clean with lots of sun beds. The food was enjoyable & well priced. The location is amazing from the ease of getting to the hotel ( we used the A2 bus service approx 20mins & less than £3, it stops right outside the hotel too). The beach is a few steps away & the surrounding areas are also very well kept. Our room was great, beds were comfy & the shower was wonderful. We had a balcony that faced the beach & the sunsets. We used the rooftop pool too which was a bonus. We also had a massage & used the Spa facilities which were also excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a relaxing break in a great location."

"The pool area is lovely however did not appreciate the life guard spitting on the floor when walking round. Last year we stayed here and we were able to grab a croissant before the dining room fully opened as we had an early flight. This year asked the dining room staff if we could grab a roll and was told no and to get out of the dining room even though it was only 5 minutes before official opening. Thought this was a little disappointing. Breakfast not bad and quite a nice choice and fresh. Sometimes found the hallways a little noisy with kids etc but acceptable. Overall this is a good hotel it is a little walk away from the bars but not a problem for us. Easy walk to Cala bona and a short bus ride to sa coma. We had a better room this time round, still very clean, however the toilet was a little wobbly!! We would return here again as loads of sun loungers, pool huge and clean but think we will try another part of the island next year."

"Room and hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The downsides were that the food was not great, I wouldn’t eat it again. Another mild inconvenience was the entrance being at the top of the hill"

"I had a fantastic stay at Grupotel Marítimo and honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’m so glad I booked this hotel! Location: The location is excellent. You can take a bus directly from the airport and the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The beautiful beach is also just a few minutes away on foot, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Room & Cleanliness: My room was very spacious, including the bathroom and I had a beautiful view of the pool from my balcony. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room in the lobby and throughout the hotel to sit,relax and enjoy yourself. Food: I stayed on a half-board basis and both breakfast and dinner were amazing.There was a huge variety of food to choose from with plenty of options. The quality and selection made it excellent value for money. Staff & Service: All the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. One thing that really impressed me was the service after checkout. I had an evening flight, so I spent the day enjoying the beautiful sunshine at the beach rather than missing out on such a lovely day. When I returned to collect my luggage, the hotel kindly provided me with a towel and allowed me to have a shower so I could freshen up before my journey. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Perfect hotel for a relaxing beach holiday with delicious food and excellent service. Huge thanks to all the lovely staff. Highly recommend!❤️"

"Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our stop in Mallorca. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were all very helpful with any questions we had about how to get around. We booked an excellent massage service and the gym was also top-notch. The room and the balcony were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow."

"We loooovee staying here. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (the churros being my favorite). It was sooo close to Cala Marsal and it is perfect. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was lovely and spacious. We did have a plumbing issue, the water coming out of the shower kept changing from super cold to burning hot so that was unfortunate. There was some sewage smell coming out of the bathroom but maintenance came to fix it. Overall though, wonderful place!"
