"First off, I would like to preface this by saying, I love staying in this hotel. This a great location, rooms are always good, and the staff is awesome. First room I got had a broken A/C but the person on duty was very helpful in getting me in a new room. Front desk attendant promptly switched me and met me upstairs with a new key. "

"After the high price paid per night, we still had to pay for early check in. Destination fees are too high and not negotiable. Rude messages are on display in the hotel bathroom telling you they will charge u $20 per item if you take the toiletries after your stay. Other hotels give u toiletries complimentary but not hyatt, very stingy. I would not stay again as i felt exploited. Many other options in manhattan who give you more. The bistro downstairs is overpriced too. Hot water also took forever to kick in, had to leave the shower on for long. "

Our room, granted the most expensive, was surreal with the views and the details. The hotel is in proximity of everything you need. Concierge was prompt and accommodating. Looking forward to another stay soon. "

"Room was clean. I love the fact that house keeping cleaned my room and made my bed after the first night. Roof top food and drinks were good but pricey. The walls are thin. Could hear loud music and laughter until after 2:30a. Overall it was a nice stay. "
