The hotel was wonderful and the staff is very helpful. Modern decor and the Oceanview is worth the price. Definitely try to use the pool and sauna. All streaming services are available but you have to use your own account.

My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Best place to stay in Rio! Breakfast was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. Via the concierge, we booked a tour to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf and it was well worth every Rial!

Check in was super slow. Only two people checking guests in at check-in time and each one seemed to take 15 minutes and a couple of walks back and forth to a back office where they typed things in to a computer!? The WiFi was slow and didn’t remember guests after a few minutes which required signing in several times a day. The rooms were dated. Room was spacious, clean and the views from this hotel are breathtaking from the rooftops to the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet phenomenal with so many varieties of food, even had an ice cream station. Front desk staff very friendly, professional and are bilingual. Location is perfect. Yoo2 Rio felt like our home for 12 days in Rio and simply enjoyed everything! I can say that our hotel room offers one of the best views in Rio! And what do I have to say about its hospitality service? The manager, Nathalia, greeted us warmly and her team promptly helped us with any request that we needed! Big thanks Nathalia, Larissa and Vanessa and her team at the restaurant. Overall, we loved our stay and all the amenities especially rooftop area!! Thank you Yoo2 Rio for a wonderful stay!

I loved the staff, the front desk guys are extremely helpful, the cleaning lady’s are awesome too, there’s tons of food areas around and the beach is super close. I wasn’t a fan of the homeless, beggars and sellers everywhere and if you want to avoid that go to Ipanema or leblon will be the cleanest but triple the price. The only issue I had was the steam room being stinky but everything else was great. The staff and breakfast is half of why I’d stay there again

This was my second stay in this excellent hotel which I chose primarily due to its location on the beach in Ipanema. The first time I visited I stayed in a regular double room #305 which faced to the park next to the beach. This time I stayed in a superior room #808 on higher floor with wonderful views to the beach and park. That’s basically the difference between the rooms as they are the same size and furnishings. The staff was great. The breakfast was very good and servers very nice and attentive, especially Sergio. Marcela at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Very nice view from pool and deck above. Standard rooms are quite small.

Great location within walking distance of great restaurants, beaches and shops. The staff were wonderful and very fluent in English. The rooms are extremely clean and nice. Each day when we had returned from the beach not only had housekeeping cleaned the room, but folded our clothes and tidied up everything.
