Room 27055 is very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on the carpet. The shower smelled of sewer. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. Food left in the fridge from prior guest.
Nice view with refrigerator and keurig. Very spacious with table and small chair.

8.8/10 Excellent! (11,065 reviews)
Our room could have been better cleaned. We noticed that the bathroom counter and faucets were not very clean and toiletries were missing such as tissue box and shower caps etc. no coffee machine in the room. Stained ironing board. Robes and slippers were also not provided this is not acceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

"This is a stand-out property in the most stunning location. The staff, food and rooms are excellent. Everything is spotless. Pay a small supplement to eat up at the top of the cliff at Eagle’s Nest restaurant. It’s worth the climb! The only downside is that the pool is a bit cold."
