"I wish the servers at the buffet were more attentive. I never got my drinks refilled basically both times I went there so I opted not to return to the buffet for the poor service and got room service for breakfast or ate dinner at specialty restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious i got the tropical swim out room the bigger one. Elevators were very hot, the random people I encountered there agreed. Wish they cleaned the swim out pool more, lots of dead bugs. Specialty restaurant food was fantastic, the resort was beautiful. For the Cafe on the fourth floor wish the food that was under the heat lamps had a cover or something there was flies landing on the food. Drinks were great, desserts were good. Overall I would say 8.5/10 very good for my first time in the area"
