"While my check in attendant was courteous there was another person who was totally ineffective it should not be at the front desk. Nor do I think it's appropriate to have children crawling around the front desk. One of the things a traveler needs is a shower. It was no water pressure in the shower or the sink and that it was just warm as spit. I did not have time to argue this I needed to sleep. This is pretty basic.
