Jaafar, the head Concierge, was terrific: providing great advice and recommendations and taking the time to provide history and context to the recommendations and exploring the city. Restaurant food and staff were equally excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to other travelers. "

"Where do I even start… The room was the size of a shoebox and faced the restaurant. That might be normal for a riad, but not when there’s loud music and a party happening. We asked for an umbrella — they didn’t have one. The staff was friendly, but sadly very incompetent. And then the worst part: the bathroom. There is NO door at all. Zero privacy. Anyone in the room can see everything. I don’t want my friend or partner watching me sit on the toilet — it’s uncomfortable, awkward, and honestly...

"Clean bright one br apartment which I was able to get last minute. Staff was friendly and super helpful in every way. Accommodated late checkout and even got me a cab. The only warning with the balcony room that I had is there is some noise at night but with earplugs I slept great. This room also had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a second bathroom. Highly recommend!!!"
