"Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique.
Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES.
Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant.
C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre.

"To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. Once I arrived, everything was great. There were a couple minor issues...
