"Staying at colonial hotel inbetween our wachusetts runs never disappoints. With great food, cozy atmosphere and decor, gym, pull and arcade, what else can one traveling with kids can ask for!"

"The room was clean but floor had soft spots, needed more blankets for extra bed, tv was very dark and couldn’t be lightened. "

"I'm handicapped. Although they gave me a first-floor room, access from one's car via sliding glass door was problematic owing to a two-foot ridge of ice. They did shovel a path through for me, though. The sink wouldn't drain, but they it fixed quickly. The fridge froze everything inside it, no matter how adjusted. "

"Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." The same staff member checked us in and did not do that for us. We were unable to get a refund or voucher for another stay because we booked through Expedia.and not the hotel. I will never use Expedia again. "

"A wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. The included breakfast is astonishing. The restaurant is terrific. The setting couldn’t be more idyllic. "

"Place has an off smell. People are loud and children are loud all night. Felt like there was some kind of party going on all night from different locations. Calling the front desk was met with attitude. Very dated. I got what I paid for as it was cheap. Location was great though."
