"The hotel itself is ok. The lack of employees is what boggles my mind. 1 person at 4pm to assist a ton of guests, I felt bad for the employee. Furniture seemed to be missing in the lobby. There was also a family reunion and in the morning not enough seats for breakfast. The pool was freezing and not kept clean. Towels all over the floor, trash and tiny towels. In addition, lobby floors were dirty and not cleaned for at least 24 hours and water all over the place from the pool. We were there for...
