“9 Rooms above a pub! What more can you ask for. Great food and drink and the staff is outstanding!”

“Offered upgrade to suite with either river or weir views and ended up near the bridge overlooking the entrance. That said the suite was lovely although 2 of the TV's werent working, a cupboard door was broken and there was insufficient toilet roll. tea/coffee selection was poor and what there was, was insufficient. If iy wasnt for the location which is amazing and the local town, the hotel would score badly.”

“Overall pretty good. Older property, but updated in the right places. Needs finishing touches such as better sealant around water fixtures. An outdoor heated pool would be amazing. Also, the bar doesn’t have Aperol! Easy to fix.”

“Room was quite hot and the double bed was quite small. It is more suited as a single room than a true double in my opinion. Lovely bathroom and a nice property as a whole with good facilities, although I found the WiFi very slow throughout. Breakfast could be improved as the hot food was not refreshed and was a little cold and uninspiring. Need to work on the simple things, such as replacing sauces/refilling milk when empty and making sure plates are available for customers. We arrived...

“Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late.”
