"Sultania is is in an excellent location in the Old City. Very walkable to nearly everything! Hospitality of the staff was amazing. The accommodations were clean and the bed very comfortable, with good pillows. The hotel appears in need of some updating and maintenance. In the room, several fixtures were loose from the ceiling and bathroom fixtures were in need of updating. Everything could have used some paint."

"I can not say enough about the service I got from this hotel… From the moment my son and I arrived at this hotel we were treated like royalties till we left… We had two rooms and YASMIN the front staff made sure I get the quietest room in the hotel so I can sleep better… She was extremely polite and courteous… ALBERT was the best, he made sure everything in the room is perfect for me… Khali , Emre , Esat and Serhat were extremely polite and nice as well…I highly recommend this hotel…Excellent...

"There are definitely more modern and glamorous hotels in Istanbul however Nile's hotel is probably the only one that has retained it's unique Turkish cultural heart. You can tell all of the staff care deeply for the hotel and their guests, which is shown in their friendly and helpfulness. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooftop terrace is a true gem hidden within the bustle of the city"
