A beautiful boutique hotel. This type of unique hotels are rare in Marmaris. It has a small coffee museum in the lobby. The sea facing rooms give the feeling of a cruise ship room with a balcony. As Marmaris is a party town, expect loud music from downstairs restaurant until 12:30 am.

Pro’s - right on beach Con’s - I arrived at hotel to be greeted by a Turkish teenage boy who was very sweet but spoke zero english. He checked me into my room which was clean and a nice view. However the main ceiling light would not switch off so I asked him to call maintenance. A lady came who I think was the manager and could not fix the problem so said she would call an electrician and when I asked if that would be today she looked at me as if I was asking the impossible. Days went by and light never fixed so I didnt sleep. I had a problem with the safe and the turkish boy tried to give me a code of his choice to lock it! The night receptionist did not speak, I said hello 3 times before I received a response. I ended up checking out a day early as so unhappy and when I gave my room card in the response from Turkish boy was ‘oh’. No offer of a refund for the final night or any apologies for poor service. Avoid this hotel, and remove the word luxury as far from it.

Tolle Lage und Aussicht, aber das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung Wir waren vom 25.08.2025 bis 29.08.2025 im Kahveci Alibey Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt am Meer und sehr zentral. Unser Zimmer hatte einen vollen, traumhaften Meerblick, der das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten ungewöhnlich groß und sehr bequem. Auch das Hotelpersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Frühstück eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Frühstücksraum. Stattdessen werden die Gäste in das Lokal vor dem Hotel geschickt, “OHANA”, das tagsüber als Café/Restaurant und abends als Bar mit lauter Musik dient. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und immer gleich: ein kleines Stück Käse, ein paar Oliven, ein gekochtes Ei, eine Sigara-Börek-Rolle, Butter/Marmelade/Honig in kleinen Packungen und ein kleiner Brotkorb (nur Weißbrot, sehr dünn geschnitten). Keine Optionen für Diabetiker, Glutenintoleranz oder gesundheitsbewusste Gäste. Der Tee wurde in einer Kaffeetasse serviert, ein zweiter Tee oder zusätzliches Wasser musste extra bezahlt werden – für ein Hotel in der Türkei unüblich und unangebracht. Das OHANA-Personal war unfreundlich und behandelte ausländische Touristen deutlich besser. Nachts war es wegen der extrem lauten Musik aus der Bar kaum möglich zu schlafen. Auch am Strand (ebenfalls von OHANA betrieben) war es störend, ständig gefragt zu werden, ob wir etwas trinken möchten.

Talihsiz bir deneyim

Manzarası sebebiyle tercih ettiğimiz otel çok eskiydi. İlk giriş yaptığımız gün banyonun ışığının yanmadığını, balkon kapı sürgüsünün bozuk olduğunu ve itip çekmekte güçlük yaşandığını söylediğimiz halde 7 günlük konaklamamız boyunca hiç bir tamiri sağlanmadı. Otelin asansörü bozuldu tamir edilip tekrar açıldı dedikleri gün bizzat kendimiz asansörde kaldık ve kendi uğraşlarıyla bizi çıkarttılar ve bir özür dahi dilenmedi. Temizliğe gelecek olursak; odaya giriş yaptığımız gün komodin içinde önceki müşteriden kaldığını düşündüğümüz taşlar dahi duruyordu ve oda tam manasıyla temizlenmemişti ki ilerleyen süreçte de o detaylı temizlik hiç yapılmadı. Havluların 3 günde 1 değiştirildiğini söylediler. Gelelim kahvaltısına.. aşağıda bulunan beachin cafesinde her sabah tabak şeklinde ve çok yetersiz aynı kahvaltıyı sundular ki ödenen ücretlere bakıldığında bu kahvaltı beklentiyi asla karşılamıyordu. Tam altındaki cafe geceleri yabancı turistlere hizmet veren ve aşşşşırı gürültülü bir cluba dönüşüyor ve bu bahsettiğim ses o kadar fazlaydı ki uyumanızın imkanı yok. Bizim açımızdan otelin tek ama tek artı yanı deniz manzarasıydı… denize de gelecek olursak çok fazla teknelerin geçtiğinden olsa gerek dalgalı, bulanık hatta dışkının dahi kenara vurduğu bir yer… biz Marmaris gibi güzel bir şehirde orada denize girmek istemeyip kendi imkanlarımızla başka koylara gitmeyi tercih ettik. Özetle bir daha asla konaklama yapmayacağım bir otel
