Good location, good food available at all times. Good rooms and clean bathrooms. Good big balcony space as well. The only issue was the staff was slow to respond due to overwork. Staff were polite and friendly. They changed our room to another because we weren't happy. The booking of the A La Carte restaurants was the only bit that was dissapointing as there is a limited booking time (10-12) and we were unable to fit any bookings due to it being fully booked.

The resort is east facing, so one can expect to catch sunshine until late afternoon. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools (1 indoor) with good number of sunbeds. With close proximity to the beach, I think there is enough space to cater to large audience during high season. Outdoor cleaning staff does a pretty good job in picking up any litter and keeping the surface constantly clean and tidy. Food and Restaurants - Food in the main restaurant is pretty good with a wide selection of hot/cold food and salads. One can find a large selection of pastries and breads during breakfast. Similarly, there is a large selection of yougurt based salads during dinner. In the afternoon, as food is served in multiple locations i.e. main and the tapas bar, one might find that the number of items in the main restaurant is considerably less. Food served in tapas bar is pretty much like pub food. Also, in the evening there are some snacks viz. waffles etc. served in the tapas bar. During peak times, i.e. 9am or 7pm, the main restaurant can get very busy so best try and avoid those times. We found that the selection of fresh fruits is pretty limited especially during lunch and dinner. Also, I would like to give a shout out to cleaning staff who do an amazing job in picking up litter on the floor very quickly and also for clearing dishes from tables. There are 3 ala carte restaurants viz. Olive tree, Turkish and Chinese Garden, we did not dine in any of them due to lack of vegetarian options

Good off season all inclusive rate. Nice modern clean room. Beautiful view from the sky bar. Very good food. I should not complain much for the price I paied, but there were a few issues. Terrible wifi reception in room. The receptionists were not so friendly nor efficient. A male receptionist never smiled. A female receptionist promised to send someone to fix the wifi issue but no one came. A lot of family with loud kids so I don't recommend for couples.

Ramazam bayramı 1.gününde 1 gece kaldım. Bayrama hazırlıksız yakalanmış bir otel. Otel %100 dolu ve personel sayisi yetersiz. Yetersiz oldugu kadar hicbir bilgi verilmemis. Ornegin bardaki arkadasa birsey sordugunuzda verdigi cevap :"bilmiyorum ben baslayali 3 gun oldu kimse bize bilgi vermedi ve beni buraya koydular gelene gidene icecek vereceksin dediler, siz oteli benden daha iyi gezmissinizdir" . Ayrica 3 kez istenen nevresim 4 saatte gelmez, en sonunda resepsiyon telefonlara bile bakmaz olmustur. Odadan cikilir resepsiyona gidilir ukala tavirla on buro elemanlari sizi cevaplar. Daha sonra odaya gelen arkadas 3 saattir housekeeping departmanindan yetersizlikten dolayi restaurana kaydirildigini soyler ve kendi departmaninda kimse kalmadigini itiraf eder. Ayrica ultra hersey dahil diye gecen format sadece lobbydeki barda ve 2 tane dusuk kaliteli ithal viskiden ibaret. Oteldeki diger barlarda bira viski disinda alkollu icki bulamiyorsunuz. En sonunda otelden sikayet icin istedigim turizm bakanligi sikayet defteri 1 gun boyunca bana ulastirilmayip gizlendi. Hatta bu sektorde calisan oteldeki bir cok arkadas bile bu defterin varligindan bir haber. Sonucta sikayetlerimi oraya yazamadim defteri vermedikleri icin. Bunun gib epey bir sorun yasadim 1 gun icinde bu otelde. Butun bayram tatilini burada gecireceklere bol sabir diliyorum. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Staff were amazing. Best we've ever had. Hotel had many relaxing areas & comfortable beds. Food could have been better, choice a bit limited but plenty of it. All in all , would recommend it to all ages.
