"We have stayed here many times and I would have given it five stars. However, we looked forward to our evening meal after a very long drive. Booked a table for seven, the restaurant had only two or three tables occupied. We gave our order, after one hour still no food and we noticed how busy with happy eating customers there were. Of course we complained, they forgot about us. Very upsetting and not a nice experience, at least they did not charge us for our coffee!!!"
