Riad Dar Justo is a calm oasis right in the middle of the Medina’s chaos. The room was very comfortable and had a heating option, which was much appreciated as we visited in December when the weather was slightly cold. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were genuinely warm and lovely. We also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant one evening — the food was excellent and made for a really memorable experience.
Fabulous Riad tucked away in a quiet location, but very close to the artisan quarters. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean.
Would thoroughly recommend this little gem of a Riad to anyone wishing to experience Marrakech for a few days.
While having been to Marrakech many times, I had never stayed at a riad in the Medina. It was a lovely experience. Once you get comfortable actually finding it and remembering how to get there, it was great being in the centre of everything. The hotel is a great value for the money, the service was friendly and helpful, they collect and take you to the airport if needed, and the food at the restaurant was great. Very happy.
My sister and I stayed here for four nights, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in Marrakesh. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and authentic, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and at home.
The hospitality was 10/10 – warm, genuine, and thoughtful in every way. The food was incredible, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Each morning felt special, and every detail of our stay was perfect.
If you’re looking for the best riad experience in Marrakesh, this is the place. I cannot recommend it enough!
Absolutely Charming Place !!..:EXACTLY the kind of atmosphere one would hope for in an EXCELLENT location. The riad was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the busy Medina but right on its doorstep.
Delightful, professional staff were perfect hosts.
Very much enjoyed the spa restaurant and lounge areas.
Can't wait to go back!!
Stayed 4 nights for a conference nearby. Despite being so close to the centre of things it was perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. Excellent staff and service
Five Authentic Moroccan home turned into a lovely hotel,it maintained the charm with modern amenities. The staff very friendly. It is a bit of a walk from the gate/ door of the old city, which is through a bustling market.
A beautiful place to retreat to after hot and busy days getting lost and haggling for local treasures in the Souks. The terraces and multiple lounge areas throughout the property make this a luxurious place to rest.
Really good hotel and great staff. The only issue was that it's was really loud and difficult to sleep. I think this was due to our room placement (on the corridor/stairs to the restaurant and bar). It was loud at night and in the morning when setting up for breakfast. It's a shame about the noiseas I would have came back the next time I'm in Marrakech as everything else was great.
Great location in/at the edge of the Medina.
Staff very helpful, arranged transport and guide for us. If you have not been here before, suggest you arrange transport from the airport BEFORE arrival, and call for the hotel porter when you get to the Medina gate to confirm what they look like (cabs can't enter, it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel, and depending on your flight and baggage you may not want to lug it yourself).
Google maps worked flawlessly for our visit, lots to see within 20 minutes on foot.
8 minute walk to the center square, there are many great restaurants in the area.
Good food at the hotel, lovely fruit and croissants for breakfast.
Will absolutely stay here again for any future visit.
Absolutely amazing Hotel, beautiful and like stepping into the set of a movie. Our view of the pool from our room, was such a wonderful surprise upon check in. Yusuf at the front desk was so helpful showing us around and always had a smile and a polite word to say. He Truly made us feel at home. The restaurant had a delicious and very extensive breakfast as well and the dinner was so exquisite, I’m happy we chose to eat there every night. You also definitely can’t miss the Hammam experience at the spa, you will leave feeling like a new person! Hahar, Aliza and Hamsa took such great care of me and made the experience very delightful. I loved it so much I went again the next day. I highly recommend you visit the spa! Overall, excellent hotel and I would definitely visit again.
When booking our weekend trip to Marrakesh we had a simple criteria, be close to the action but quiet on an evening, the ability to get a beer or wine if we desired and authentic with the quality you’d expect from a hotel.
The Riad Dar Justo ticked all of the boxes, extremely clean, friendly and pleasant. We stopped in one of the standard rooms as I didn’t want a mezzanine floor room, I can sleepwalk so that’s a bit of a no no.
The Riad itself is beautiful and great to explore, see the pictures!
Breakfast is a broad selection of pastries, cakes fruit, cold cut meats/cheese toast and omelettes and fantastic French style coffee.
A must by the way is to arrange transfers with them both ways, this is in two parts, minibus to the walls of the city, then a porter to the hotel, oh and bear in mind that it’s a rat run, so it would be flustering for the first getting to the hotel.
All in all, we got lucky with this little gem and can’t fault it!
Shops were pretty much the same in Marrakesh. The spa treatments were comforting after a full day of visiting Morocco and it’s people, but most of all the reception one gets coming through their front door was nothing other than blissful give this hotel a chance it’s well worth the money because the memories will last forever
Didn’t check in because the pictures on your site wasn’t like the actual hotel. Very heavy smell of mold. No windows no elevator. The entrance to the hotel is about 15 minutes walking in the market with our suitcases. The stuff we’re not welcoming. We had to leave before we checked in.
What I didn’t like is that I had to leave your wonderful home.

Everything together. We didn’t check in after we saw the small room with smell of mold. No windows no elevator. I am suffering from asthma so no way I could stay in this kind of a room. Not mentioning the 15-20 minutes walk in the middle of the very crowded market to carry our luggage. No windows
