Beautiful place inside La Medina, the place is better than what the pictures let you see. The hostess that received us was pretty amazing he give us a complete tourist guide of the places that must been seen and how to get through all Marrakesh!! We truly recommend to stay here for your next trip!

Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The rooftop terrace offers a comfortable area to relax. Our stay at the Riad Eloise went above and beyond our expectations. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommended it to all our friends.

It was definitely a wonderful experience. -Staffs are definitely my highlight for this stay. They are genuine, attentive and really friendly. They made us feel welcomed. -Breakfast was nice and I also recommend eating in for the dinner. -The property is well maintained, our room was cleaned everyday. My only regret is not using the rooftop more often because it is a good place to relax. I'd definitely recommend Riad Eloise. 10/10

We struck Gold with this one! Really lovely Riad, really clean, staff were really friendly and very helpful. We’d booked a transfer from the airport and our flight was severely delayed but they were tracking our flight and were there to meet us when we eventually arrived. Abdul greeted us upon arrival- after midnight and was extremely polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We were also given great recommendations for things near the Road which we would have missed without the advice. Thank you to everyone at Riad Eloise 😊

My room was cleaning up everyday and they give highquality cosmetic product (shower gel, shampoo etc.) Both owner and workers were friendly and helpfull. Youssef is the Best man I thank to him for welcoming and helpfull attitude. The place is really good designed furnitured. Riad eloise is close to all touristic area.

Beautiful Riad with very friendly and helpful staff. Best to arrange the hotel transfer from the airport as finding the Riad is difficult. I’d recommend staying here. We had one evening meal which was excellent.

We had a wonderful four-days vacation at Riad Eloise in June. The rooms are nice and the rooftop terrasse is lovely. The swimmingpool is very little, and it's at the first floor, but it is possible to have a bath. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was typical for Marocco, and you can buy omelett in addition. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but the shops in the souks is right around the corner. It is several good restaurants close by. We felt safe in the area, and we enjoyed to see how the locals lived in the neighborhood.

Our room was lovely… beautiful details, wonderful hot shower and surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast and coffee were very good. We even made some new friends… the cats outside welcomed us back each day. The location was also very good for visiting the souks and the Jama El Fna. Thank you very much 😁

Wonderful stay at an authentic Morrocan riad. Staff were superb, attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, best I've experienced post covid. Beautiful rooftop area with views of Atlas mountains. We used the airport transport which Riad Eloise organised for us and it was well worth it, especially when arriving late at night.

Wonderful place in the medina. All the staff starting from Alain, Abdul, Waiters, Cleaners, Chefs etc are fantastic, always with a smile and ready to help. Very Clean and Big and very Comfortable Rooam, Riad Eloise is a magic place in Marrakech and we recomend it to everybody.

The street down to the Riad seemed a little dirty but once you got into the Riad, it was a beautiful place in the Medina. Was greeted by abdel who did a Wonderful job settling us in. The breakfast was amazing with fresh breads, dips and freshly squeezed juices daily. All the staff including the cleaning teams and chefs work very hard and are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

What made this place so good was the people. Very helpful with local knowledge. They went out of their way to provide me with gluten free breads for breakfast every day of our 8 night stay. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff and available to provide alot of information about what to see. i loved the location. not in the middle of things so it was quiet and yet could easily walk to places. Just note that the stairs can be steep.

Staff was excellent Jossef was there for us the whole stay. Going out of his way to make our experience was a grand one. Majorly helped us with parking. They washed our clothing. Cleaned our room daily. Served a nice breakfast. The owner was helpful suggesting places to visit while in Morocco and always had a smile on his face.
