Beautiful hotel but very noisy! Can hear the guests from other room ( screaming kids at 2am playing and being hysterical..), echoes from hallway and the loud motorway. Very accomodating staff though, helpful and with the room issues they sorted it swiftly (shower was not working, sink was blocked). Also.. we were short of and waiting for towels everyday... was a literal towel hunt as we had 4 people in our room! Loved our experience still.. the spa was beautiful.. breakfast was a good selection.

The staff were extremely friendly. Thank you to everyone who helped my family pull off the most impressive birthday surprise. Although the rooms did not have wifi, you could use the slow internet in the lobby. It would have been perfect if the rooms had wifi connection.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Filthy (just one example inn pic below), rude, stench was putrid, food gave me an infection (5 days on medication). Staff nice(ish) Management aggressive, & rude. Hotel needs a massive upgrade, and a proper general manager. Nice location

Free parking and good location. Ok hotel

Have stayed here several times. Normally ok for the price. This time it was different. Probably because the holiday season in Morocco has started. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded. Long waiting time for everything. Dirty plates. There are two breakfast restaurants at the hotel, but only one was in use. The hotel room was not very clean. They forgot to put in replacement towels.

Worst hotel, Not recommended at all. Room service terrible. We booked family room and they gave us triplet room and when I complain,they change it. hot water not coming. Room heating not working. No staff understand english.

Terrible service

I had one of the most terrible experiences at my first day out of 7 in this hotel. The staff work very unprofessional, very old fashion computers which delay the service a lot, so you need patience (a lot). There’s no air condition in the lobby, restaurant or anywhere else besides some rooms, and when it’s 40 degrees outside, you do notice. I didn’t get a room with a functioning air-condition. I had to complain a whole day over this and yell before they offered me another room at night. I had to pack all my stuff and repack which took me a couple of hours. The breakfast is so boring cause it’s almost the same you get everyday. There were insects at the coffee machine one day, so disgusting that I couldn’t drink my coffee. No electric kettle at our rooms so one could enjoy coffee or tea at the evenings - so all in all, such a BAD experience and a very lousy service. Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Bon pour une fois

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel nous avons déjà eu un problème en rentrant dans la chambre, la clim était bloquée sur 21° nous avons dû attendre 1h30 pour qu'un technicienne Vienne nous apporter une télécommande pour pouvoir régler la température de ce split vieillissant Et brouillant. la terrasse je t'ai pas trop propre et le comble la nuit il y a un groupe au-dessus de l'hôtel qui faisait énormément de ronronnement et ça 24sur 24. La nourriture banal, comparée au petit snack situé également dans l’hôtel.
