Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff outstanding. Everything you need they will help you with. Beautiful location as well, easy walking to everything, but very quiet and serene. Breakfast buffet best I have experienced anywhere and the breakfast staff work non-stop and are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Front of hotel staff also very helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough if you come to Palma.

The staff and service was absolutely fantastic. Mario and Lucia's energy was fabulous. Totally two thumbs up
Parking is a little challenging but the staff steers you to a local garage 5 minutes walking. The quaint pool and roof top views are amazing. 100% quiet. A perfect holiday destination close to many spots. Definitely would stay here again!!

The hotel has an excellent location, great room, amazing art (used to be a gallery), but more importantly the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel welcome. The go out of their way to make you feel good. Will definitely return.

The hotel is well situated, a few blocks from lively areas. They have offsite covered parking for 15 euros a day, which is highly recommended because parking in the neighborhood is complicated. Reserver your parking spot in advance! Our room was clean and in great shape with AC. The staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Luisa for her enthusiasm, recommendations, and overall great service!

Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a nice design and it is located in a good area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's quite easy to get around Palm from its location and you have good restaurants around. Av. de Jaume III is about 5-10 minutes away where you can find a lot of shopping options. Old town is also easily to reach by foot.

The staff was professional, friendly, charming, ready to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant and morning breakfast was truly extraordinary. Just a wonderful oasis in the Serra Tramuntana of Mallorca. Tranquil and beautiful venue with the most wonderful staff. Just relaxing, laying by the pool after a great breakfast with everything, surrounded by the picturesque mountains in the back.
