bonne chambre pour 1 nuit

je suis arrivée aprés 19h j'ai pu récupérer la clé de la chambre grace à la borne à l'extérieur j'ai pu aussi me garer devant la chambre, extérieur bien entretenu l'entrée de la chambre était obcure : pas d'allumage automatique à l'extérieur ! la literie était confortable mais l'oreiller trop mou à mon grè tout était très propre ! rien à redire à ce niveau douche à l'ancienne avec un rideau de douche : un peu d'inondation quand le l'ai prise les restaurants à l'extérieur étaient tous fermés : j'ai du aller manger au mac do beacoup de bruit le soir et le matin : route proche et l'autoroute aussi pensez aux boules quiès !

Situation pratique

La situation de l’hôtel est pratique : proche de l'autoroute et de divers villages (Auriol, Saint Zacharie, la Destrousse etc. ), ainsi que d'une petite zone commerciale avec une bonne boulangerie. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. La chambre était fonctionnelle. Par contre nous avons eu droit à des douches avec une eau tiède à froide. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Hotel simple, confortable, amabilité de l'accueil.

Une nuit de transition a Marseille pour aller visiter les Calanques, gentillesse et accueil de la réceptionniste, confort correct de la chambre avec le minimun nécéssaire, petit déjeuner convenable a souhait, les viennoiseries nous avaient gardé par la réception.

Au tarif qui est appliqué! + de 70€ avec 2 petit dej et taxe:pour une nuit; je trouve que c'est cher payé pour une une chambre qui ne doit pas faire les 10 m² donnant sur un bord de route,ce qui signifie qu'on ne peut ouvrir la fenêtre à cause de la circulation ! et qui plus est sans clim !!!!!!!! à l'heure actuelle il c'est assez rare ! autrement accueil téléphonique et sur place, absolument rien à dire si ce n'est agréable et sympathique.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Very bad customer service. The Receptionist couldn't wait for us to get out of our car to check in so she could lock up and leave. The Hotel is between 2 major highways so there is constant noise from high speed cars passing by as well as the noise from the Toll gate outside the window. The Hotel is securely locked to keep to locals out. No Receptionist after 4.00pm, just an after hours number that they won't answer. They advertise WiFi internet access but this didn't work and when we complained they just said they couldn't do anything about it. Our room was very noisy from road traffic and when I asked for an iron they said they didn't have one. When I asked for a discount because of NO internet and NO iron as had been advertised - an iron appeared instantly. Other guests including an elderly couple, with a prior booking, arrived and could not get access to the Hotel because the Reception was closed and no one would answer the after hours telephone number. We helped them by paying for their room on our credit card and them paying us in cash. This is what the Receptionist is paid for. The double Bed was very small, I wouldn't even call it a double. It was a little bit larger then a 3/4 single. DO NOT STAY here, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. A rating of ONE is too high - it should be zero. This Hotel should be re rate and taken off Hotels.com listing.
