"The hotel is very attractive, inviting and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive towards us. The breakfast buffet was superb and the restaurant for evening meals was excellent. Food came out in a timely manner, it was presented beautifully and best of all, it tasted great. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and it was especially nice to sit out on the balcony at the end of the day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay. "

Joana goes the extra mile to make sure guests have a fantastic stay.. This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide from the staff on the front desk and from the staff assisting with luggage and valet service. Paulo did a fabulous job looking after us with respect to showing us the features of the resort, assisting with luggage and making sure our car was charged and available when we needed it. We loved our 5-day stay in this stylish hotel. Our room was modern and sophisticated with dark wood and beige ascents that helped create a relaxing environment. The bathroom with its modern amenities was spacious and had a wonderful rain shower. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The room provided the perfect respite after a day of visiting museums and sightseeing. Another reason to stay here is their fabulous restaurant. João Simões and Inês did a wonderful job making sure our dining experiences were memorable. This is one hotel that is a must to stay at. You will not be disappointed"

"Room was small, basic but clean and had a great view over the river. There were no facilities here, they were in the sister hotel next door."

"Wonderful stay! It's like staying in someone's lovely ranch home. The garden suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable- best shower in Europe! The relaxing vibe and out of the way location made for an ideal Algarve experience."

"An old hotel needs a complete renovation Hot water was dirty contacted the front desk at 9pm Told us she will call the maintenance person, nothing happen until we checked out , we couldn't take a shower that night"
