"Have to pay $25 to valet park. Only other parking is along the adjoining park street, only about 10 spots. No coffee pot in room and hotel doesn't serve until 0700. Water did not get hot in room 518. Drink and bar prices a bit over priced. Seems everything had an up charge. Bottled water in room was $14. Stocked frig and snack bar in room prices high. Noisy street activity until 2 am ish."

"Food selection was mid. For the cost of the room it was a little beat up. Doors wouldn’t lock, no waters in the room and the pool unfortunately was down for maintenance with no heads-up. Gyms tiny. Good location access to main highways is around the corner. But the few stores around close super early. And sketchy people are always around them. The views from the suite are beautiful with the skyline and the sunset. Just missed that wow factor for the price of the suites for a two night stay. "

"It looked clean, but when I wiped a spot on the tile floor with a paper towel I could see from the wet paper towel it had not been cleaned in a while. On a Friday night there were some very loud guests, a bunch of family members gathering with little ones screeching and screaming outside in the common area until 10:50pm. Breakfast they didn’t restock often enough and if you only had 10 minutes you had to take whatever was left. We probably won’t stay there again. Sadly it fell short of what we were hoping all around. A positive, the bed was good when it was quiet outside to sleep."

"Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was working and the wait times were long. The planning was not accordingly due to all the people that booked that weekend we were there. Your property was not prepared! "
