"I would like to thank a very kind front desk staff member at Hotel Arc Ramblas. When I checked in late, there was a male staff member on duty. My bag had been stolen at Barcelona Airport, and I had nothing with me. He kindly lent me a charging cable and adapter for my iPhone free of charge and offered some comforting words. His help was invaluable, allowing me to relax during my stay at Hotel Arc. Although I forgot to ask his name, I will never forget his kindness. Thank you. The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The consulate was easily accessible on foot, and the metro station was just steps away. I will choose this hotel again, when I come back to Barcelona."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. You can easily travel around Barcelona from here. The Gothic square is right next to the hotel, and the subway station is very close. Additionally, carrefour is right across the street so you can buy anything you need. Staffs were very kind and helpful! we had no discomfort whatsoever. The restroom smells a little, but it's not a factor to reconsider. We really loved every moment, and definitely revisit here if we have chance at Barcelona again. "
