"The hotel is not what it used to be. Nothing worked...the gym was closed for renovation, only one microwave in the lobby worked and not very well, and our toilet kept making refill noises all night. They said the pool was open and so did their website. My husband went to get in the pool (which was open) and there were no towels. When he asked the receptionist where to get one, she said the pool was closed for renovations. But it wasn't. We asked for our room to be cleaned and the housekeeper too all of our dirty linen and left ONE towel. That's it. For two people. And no wash cloths or hand towels.
The place was noisy with people hanging around at all times of the day and night and on the second night, the hallway reeked of marijuana. Then, as if that wasn't enough, there was a fire alarm at 4 am in the morning which forced us to evacuate.
We stayed here years ago and it was great. This experience was terrible. Never again."
"Very clean and modern. Love the vibe. Staff are professional. We’ve stayed and eaten at bar restaurant twice and enjoyed service and food. Very convenient to eat there after a long drive or long day. Wawa across parking lot of nice for grabbing any other items. "
