1. Compared to many 5 star hotels I have been to in Europe, the ambiance of this hotel is so comforting and serene in terms of background music, lighting, and the scent that the hotel uses! I often have to travel for long periods and it is very disturbing when you have strong fragrance all over the place, especially in the room. But here, you will feel super calm as if you are in a luxury spa.

In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent.
However, there were some problems with payment communication.
I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast.
This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs.
Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.โ
โEverything about this hotel is A+. The rooms are gorgeous, the property is immaculate, the food is delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I want to live there. Forever. โ
โLoved the location -near Baker street. And the hotel felt more like somebody's home:small and tidy. Staff was really friendly. But never expected the courtyard room on the first floor was actually a floor down from the lobby which left me with a photo of trees plastered on wall instead of a window. I was not informed of that from the website and That was a big minus.โ
