Room was lovely and big, clean and comfortable. Staff were really lovely and attentive. The hotel is excellent for families, there is so much to keep the children amused.
The only downside is All-inclusive isnt necessarily all inclusive. Unless you are Premium All Inclusive then there are certain things that you arent allowed. So when booking make sure you are aware of this.
Also the steak restaurant get booked up very early, so if you want to eat at the steak restaurant book it as soon as you can.
The main pool is in the shade quite a lot of the time too, but the beach is huge and really nice to stay on.
Other than those few things the hotel was really good and so many things for the children to do.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Absolutely amazing! Every single staff member was amazing! Even the people stood outside! This is my 13th time to Dubai and by far one of the best hotels and the hospitality was amazing!
