โHotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umiditร proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordialeโ

โBalikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. โit was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didnโt refill and some guest didnโt got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) itโs a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.โ
