Basic motel, but room was really large, and staff were friendly and helpful. Had everything you need when you need a bed for the night.

This is an amazing property perfect for a travelling family. Many lovely extra touches including heated blankets, toys, and a full kitchen. It feels like you have just stepped into the Shire complete with a very friendly host.

A beautiful area with a good selection of dining options.
Enjoyed dinner and drinks at The Redoubt Bar and Eatery in town. Good food. Good service.
Just OK. They are lucky that they have Hobbiton.
