"I’m an avid visitor of the once beautiful Lani Kai Beach Resort. However, my recent visit was not up to par. Even with the “make my room” placard hung on the door, I had to make my room each day myself. I had to request towels and wash clothes each day and never received them. I could go on and on ..."
