"It was ok. Room had a terrible smell."

"The TV did not work in my room. It took 90 min and a trip to the front desk (after I made a phone call) to get a tech to fix the connection. Therefore I missed my nephew's program. The bed was horrible. You could feel all of the springs in the mattress. The desk in the room had a sticky substance on it. The fixtures in the room were outdated. The AC made a horrible noise when it was turned on. I chose not to report the AC because I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I reported the TV issue. In addition, the toilet ran constantly. To add insult to injury, someone was banging on my door at 4:00 am. Yelling for Rose to open the door. (Why...no Rose in this room)"

"Traveled with middle aged children, Elderly live in the hotel building on first floor so anyone who walks or makes any noise on second floor catches back lash. I was accused of not complying with housekeeping although I work throughout my stay and needed rest. They harassed me about housekeeping, about my children, waited 9 days to charge me a fifty dollar fee and are very discriminating. Never again "

"Not really breakfast just bread and yogurt. Roaches in room. Hair left from previous person who stayed holes in cover shower did not get hot"

"The actual bedroom was very nice and clean. But the bathroom was horrible, when I entered the room the bathroom door was locked so i had to call for it to be opened. When i returned back to my room,there were hair particles, tub was dirty with hair and the mess that maintenence made was left on the floor. Horrible I was very disappointed for it to be a holiday inn. Will never book another stay at any holiday inn. My friend next door found a roach in his refrigerator how awful is that. I'm totally done with them. "

"clean fresh rooms. staff was awesome. Breakfast was ok not much bacon left but thats not a dealbreaker. All in all had a good stay and would definitely stay again. "
