“When we arrived there was so no power. Eventually it came back on. The TV did not work. Manpreet from the front desk came to help. Was not able to do anything. She look at me smiled, tilted her head, laughed and said sorry. Walked out of the room did not care. Went to check out in the morning. Almost 10 minutes before the guy showed up. Didn’t ask about my stay or seem to care when i choose to tell him. The staff could use some customer service training. Won’t stay there again.”
