Watergate Bay beach is literally a 4 minute walk from this apartment which is amazing! Parking is included too so you donโt have to worry about your car being restricted in car parks. โWe loved staying at the Minerva Guesthouse. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful. as are the staff. It's really what makes this place special. The location is excellent, right near the beach for an early morning or evening walk when the tide is out. Our room for three was tight but with everything we needed: an excellent shower, comfortable, clean bed, and closet space. Go for the location, but stay for the hosts. โ
โThe actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at ยฃ10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise itโs unusable most of the time.
