Not bad for what it is
"Older Motel, recently renovated. So mostly new furniture, and paint. Old plumbing fixtures. Everything worked and bed wasnt too hard. A huge upgrade from what it was."

"I imagine that the concept for this resort is "upscale motel". Honestly, that's what it is. Taking the old motel concept, giving it a huge make over, re-marketing it as a resort.
